About the Journal
The International Journal of Judicial Jurisprudence (IJLIJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by the Arab Democratic Center (Berlin, Germany). The journal is dedicated to publishing high-quality scholarly research in the fields of judicial jurisprudence, law, Islamic jurisprudence, judicial studies, and related legal sciences.
The journal publishes original research articles and review papers covering judicial jurisprudence, litigation procedures, rules of evidence, constitutional law, public and private law, international law, comparative legal studies, administrative law, Sharia and legal sciences, judicial and constitutional systems, and other interdisciplinary legal fields. The journal encourages innovative, analytical, and comparative research that contributes to the advancement of legal knowledge and judicial practice.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous Single-Blind Peer Review process conducted by qualified experts to ensure originality, academic quality, scientific integrity, and compliance with international publishing standards.
The journal accepts manuscripts in Arabic, English, French, German, and Spanish, reflecting its commitment to promoting international scholarly communication and the dissemination of legal research across different linguistic communities.
The International Journal of Judicial Jurisprudence follows a Diamond Open Access publishing model, providing immediate and unrestricted access to all published articles. Readers may access, read, download, and share published content free of charge, while authors retain copyright in accordance with the journal's licensing policy.
The journal is published quarterly, producing four regular issues each year (March, June, September, and December). It maintains a transparent editorial and publication process to ensure the timely dissemination of high-quality scholarly research.

المجلة الدولية للاجتهاد القضائي هي مجلة علمية دولية محكَّمة بنظام الوصول المفتوح، يصدرها المركز الديمقراطي العربي – برلين، ألمانيا، وتهدف إلى نشر البحوث العلمية الأصيلة ذات الجودة العالية في مجالات الاجتهاد القضائي، والقانون، والفقه، والقضاء، والعلوم القانونية ذات الصلة.
تنشر المجلة البحوث والدراسات العلمية الأصيلة والمقالات المرجعية التي تتناول الاجتهاد القضائي، وإجراءات التقاضي، وطرق الإثبات، والقانون العام، والقانون الخاص، والقانون الدولي، والدراسات القانونية المقارنة، والعلوم الإدارية، وعلوم الشريعة والقانون، والسياسة الشرعية والقضائية، والأنظمة القضائية والدستورية، وسائر الفروع القانونية والفقهية ذات العلاقة، مع تشجيع الدراسات التحليلية والمقاربات المقارنة التي تسهم في تطوير المعرفة القانونية وتعزيز الممارسة القضائية.
تخضع جميع البحوث المقدمة إلى نظام التحكيم العلمي الأحادي المجهول (Single-Blind Peer Review)، ويشرف على عملية التحكيم نخبة من المتخصصين لضمان الأصالة، والجودة الأكاديمية، والنزاهة العلمية، والالتزام بالمعايير الدولية للنشر العلمي.
تنشر المجلة أبحاثها باللغات العربية، والإنجليزية، والفرنسية، والألمانية، والإسبانية، بما يعكس رسالتها في دعم التواصل الأكاديمي الدولي وتعزيز انتشار البحوث القانونية على المستوى العالمي.
تعتمد المجلة الدولية للاجتهاد القضائي نظام الوصول المفتوح الماسي (Diamond Open Access)، حيث تتيح جميع البحوث المنشورة مجانًا ودون أي رسوم على القراء أو المشتركين، مع احتفاظ المؤلفين بحقوقهم الفكرية وفق سياسة حقوق النشر والترخيص المعتمدة في المجلة.
تصدر المجلة بشكل فصلي بواقع أربعة أعداد سنويًا خلال أشهر مارس، يونيو، سبتمبر، وديسمبر، وفق جدول نشر منتظم وشفاف يضمن سرعة نشر البحوث المقبولة وإتاحتها للمجتمع العلمي.
تحمل المجلة الرقم الدولي الموحد للدوريات ISSN 2748-5056، وهي عضو في الجمعية الدولية للمجلات العلمية المحكمة، كما تلتزم بأخلاقيات النشر العلمي وفق المعايير الدولية المعترف بها، وتدعم الحفظ والأرشفة الرقمية لضمان الإتاحة الدائمة للمحتوى العلمي المنشور.
