This issue contains scholarly research in legal interpretation, judicial studies, jurisprudence, litigation procedures, evidence law, constitutional law, international law, and related legal and interdisciplinary fields.

All submitted manuscripts are subject to academic evaluation and a confidential peer-review process in accordance with the journal's publication policies and scientific standards.

The journal publishes research in Arabic, English, German, French, and Spanish.
